Significant portions of the Soul Shift 360° experience — including your Soul Signature reading, parts of the Reality Recode™ cycle content, the Higher Self Concierge, and certain meditations — are generated by artificial intelligence informed by your inputs. We disclose this clearly in line with applicable AI-transparency rules.

AI-generated guidance can contain inaccuracies, misread context, or produce content that is generic, off-tone, or occasionally inappropriate. Treat AI-generated content as a mirror to think with, not as authoritative fact. Always apply your own discernment.

The Higher Self Concierge is an AI tool. It is not a therapist, a coach, a counsellor, a friend, or a sentient being. It cannot keep you safe in a crisis and should never be relied upon for any time-sensitive or safety-critical decision.

Your use of Soul Shift 360° does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, coach-client, fiduciary, or any other professional relationship between you and Soulshift360 SRL, its founders, employees, contractors, or affiliates.

By using Soul Shift 360°, you acknowledge and accept that you use the service at your own risk and discretion. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, actions you take, emotions you experience, relationships you start or end, financial choices you make, or outcomes you attribute to the use of the service.

Our liability is limited as set out in our Terms of Service (see "Limitation of liability" in the Terms). Nothing in this Disclaimer or the Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
